Does anyone have this? As I understand it was released on bluray. Was it released on DVD?
Could someone upload a good quality copy to myspleen? Preferably under 5 gb in size.
I have searched the internet for ever and have not been able to download a complete copy which is a shame because as this site knows the original theatrical versions are very important.

also on the shot before han says "you're all clear kid, now lets blow this thing and go home" when the falcon is shown flying against some stars i noticed the stars had a blinking effect. would a custom matte of the star field eliminate that?

have you considered fixing the sky in the revised speeder fly by in mos eisley after the soldier lets them go and before luke and obiwan get out?
i hate to ask again but it really does bother me. even a person who hadn't seen the special editions would notice that and would ask why the sky had changed colors momentarily.
It doesn't seem like that hard of a fix just rotoscoping/overlaying the old version 1 sky over the version 2 sky.
I really like the version 2, and think it's the most improved shot, it's just that the sky is off color wise.
i really liked that mos eisley shot but the sky color looks really different in the next scene with luke getting out of the speeder.
I think consistency of colors is really important
like some times i notice that the characters skin color changes tones slightly.
for instance when han runs around the corner and sees all those storm troopers his face is really tan like he just got out of a tanning bed.

also does anyone else find it funny that the guy hasn't posted a screen shot of a scene only available in gout?
in fact why not post a short clip from a gout only scene? that would prove without a doubt that the work he is doing is legit even if he doesn't want to share it.
and don't give me that legal mumbo jumbo he's already posted clips and images on his website just conveniently nothing that was exclusively in gout.
if he mans up and posts a gout only scene fine i will admit i was wrong, but i still don't like the fact he's profiting off of this so called "labor of love"
the guy is also selling t-shirts on his website for 20 bucks which look like they're only worth 2. Personally i think he's just trying to profit off of OUT loyalists.
i would suggest a ban.
