1980 the empire stikes back,I was 9 years old I had friends who played with the original kenner movie toys but missed the first movie in theatres due to my parents divorce,moving and switching schools.I read the storybook though so I knew the story going in.saw the empire strikes back and have been hooked ever since.funny thing is,during the battle of hoth,it seemed so real to me as if it might not be happening on this earth but it was somehow happening somewhere.

its a shame that with all the new star wars books and comics coming out they have almost completly abanoned the time period of the classic movies.I mean,all were getting are a few young readers books and comics digests aimed at young readers.I read shadows of mindor and felt let down,very hard to follow plot,and it promised to be so much more.

awesome job!!!I noticed you fixed the logo and gave a glow to the yellow tagline above it.these comics are classics of my youth and I own just about every one of them as well as all seven volumes of the a long time ago trade paperbacks dark horse put out back in 02-03.For what I shelled out for them i wish they would have done something like this as well.what program did you use to do this?and yes,you definetly should try a shot at the interiors.nice work.

I very much enjoy these radio dramas as well .if anyone cares to go to you tube and type in star wars radio slideshow you can see an audio visual presentation of this that i made using windows movie maker and some other downloaded clips from the web.just a project i did for the fun of it.you can also find it by looking up my handle of darkempire37.please comment and tell me what you think.I hope you all enjoy it.
