yikes that is pricey. probably just includes digital copy.
I would bet that anything to include a ‘GOUT’ type disc, would come out as a followup to a new master. so that us crazy ones have to buy twice.

Adywan, Projects 4K77 and 4K83 are definitely 4K. They have less detail than the 1080p BluRays, but they’re absolutely 4K.
Adywan clearly meant that the visible detail level is less that what is already in the 1080p blu-ray, which makes sense as one is from negatives and the other from old release prints.

Wandering Earth.
Fairly decent plot. Although the execution is at times confusing, scenes feel a bit choppy / “wait how did they get there”, etc.
CGI meh, and too many video game physics moments to count, but I did enjoy it.

I don’t get it. SW is full of “anachronistic” dialogue. Especially anything Han has to say when he calls Leia “sister” in a very 70s way and references things like crop dusting.
People grew up with the OT so they don’t think twice about it.
Either that or apparently SW has never had sardonic or snarky humor, which I guess means I’ve been watching the wrong movies.

humor will strike different folks differently of course.
the mom joke opening is probably my least favorite part of TLJ, and i really like the movie. but i think it is a bit of an over-reach to call things “not star warsy”.
