At this point, going movie-only, I’m a fan of this order for a full marathon:

- TFA
- TLJ
- TROS
For a first time viewer, though, I’d always advocate for going release order and leaving the spinoff movies for after the saga.

With all films form sequel trilogy now available to the public, would you make any modifications to the Machete Order? Or would you just add them inorder after RotJ? Discuss…
I’m guessing most of you watched the sequel trilogy in order. I come from it as a casual fan who has been who loved the original trilogy but was disappointed with the 1997 & 2004 re-release edits and of course Episode I which I skipped class that day in high school. 20 years later, watching The Rise of Skywalker has got me interested again and with the Despecialized and 4K77/4K80/4K83 projects. Now I’m playing to watch the Machete Order with Harmy’s versions with the sequel trilogy!
Lets say I just won the lottery (hypothetically) and my life goal was to collect all Star Wars Episodes I-IX home media (35mm, Betamax. CED, Super 8, VHS, Laserdisc, DVD, etc.) releases & re-releases available in the US for the public to purchase at some point before I die.
Is there a complete list, guide, wiki, database, or repo that I can reference to complete my collection? If yes, where can I access it? An-Index-Thread-for-Theatrical-Cuts-vs-Subsequent-Releases by @oojason is a masterful level of detail and cataloging but not exactly what I am looking for. Thanks in advance!
