Get Dave Prowse & reshoot the end of RotJ with HIM! Right the original wrong. Shaw yeah fine, better than nothing but Dave earned that reveal big time.

I think that’s already done by a spanish fans, i’ve seen this excellente documentary about refilming all the scenes with D.Prowse in person : http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2949296/
it’s on netflix btw.
if ady can be in touch with these guys, maybe they’ll share this footage.

I've played about with the binocular shot. Here is the revised version. Make sure you watch the 720p version though because youtubes compression on the SD version is pretty crappy

EDIT: It still looks pretty crappy in HD. Here is a download link for the 720p mkv of this shot:

The surprises were great and very subtle, The ESB:R Release day, all star wars fans will cry with joy and say 'Today will be a day long remembered'. Adywan thank you, and all those who helped.

Bravo Ady, the difference is insane, between the "BLUE bluray Edtion" and yours, (I only saw the bluray bonus disc) ...I think that no matter which company made the color correction, they just forgot to remove their sunglasses...how they cannot see this BLUERAMA thing ?!  and How do you manage to achieve this ? can't wait to see ESB RE.

MTFBWY.

Ford could be interested.

I was just telling people the other day that "if the money was right..."

Be interesting to see more as it develops.

if han shows up in the next Episode (i hope so), he will die right away..that put some darkness, and urgent dangerous situation and storyline...and that's what harrison want..to kill Han once and for all.that's my guess.

Matthew Vaughn directed 8 movies, a good movies, but he has his 'touch' like the ones cited above...you're right about Stardust, it's his the best one.

What 8 movies has he directed?  Stardust isn't his "Best" movie, for that I would go to Layer Cake.  Stardust shows he can direct epic adventure fantasy.

sorry, involved in a creative way, as producer, director, Layer Cake is a good one, but i prefer Stardust.

i think the best way to do the next trilogy is to take the path of the O.T style, by the rhythm, the humor the action the adventure and the most important the acting direction by that to choose a very good actors (not essentially stars) George lucas was smart (blessed?) to have cast the magic trio Hamill, Ford and Fisher...Spielberg is on the top, but i don't think he'll do it...still Kathy Kennedy is a very good friend of him..and old time producer of his movies...Who knows.

One of the pixar directors, they are so talented and SW ultimate fans, maybe Brad Bird, Lee Unkrich, or others well known young directors..kevin smith, ben affleck, edgar wright, Duncan jones, Josh tran.

A story after the ROTJ with an older Luke (The one and only Mark hamill) will be a blast.

None of those : J.J. Abrams, Joss Whedon. Christopher Nolan, Peter Jackson, Matthew Vaughn, can really do a SW sequel, they are too big and at the end they gonna deliver a movie that has only the title STAR WARS in common with the Previous Episodes.

We all owe to George lucas the love of Star wars he IS the maker, he changes cinema for ever, he will be always "the Chosen one" who makes us dream, some of us (many) don't like what become to star wars..but it's his creation after all..George lucas is and always be a genius.

kevin smith, ben affleck, edgar wright, Duncan jones, one of these gentlemen should direct the next Star wars.

Don't forget Uwe Boll.

He never say that he was a SW fan, but he can do a KOTOR movie ;)

R.I.P Lucasfilm 1971-2012 :(

that's what happened to my Jorg Sacul action figures, when i heard the news...Today will be a day long remembered. It has seen the death of Lucasfilms, and will soon see the end of SW fan's childhood ...Sad...sad.

and all the expand universe stuff is not interesting at all, to see in films..seriously if there's some disney's good films from franchise (Avangers for exeeeeeeemple) they are all forgettable..and i'm pretty sur that the episodes 1,2,3 will be masterpieces compared to every new SW disney movie to come.

no more fox fanfare, no more lucafilm logo, no more darkness, more ewoks, more jar jar ear Mickey, and more princess leia SWHS songs...

lightning my lightsaber, cut my head off !!!! oh shitt i'm still waking

Btw : from what Simon pegg's movie is that ?

It is from a British TV series called "Spaced", which was directed by Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, etc.) and co-stars Nick Frost.  The funniest thing about this scene to me is that, as far as I can figure, the first season may have been in production before Star Wars Episode 1 came out, during that time they were very positive about Star Wars but didn't use any actual sounds, music, or paraphernalia of Star Wars, but come season 2 (produced well after SW Episode 1) it seemed almost as if they got permission from Lucasfilm to reference and use Star Wars stuff more based on how positive the first season was toward Star Wars, but, of course, they were now jaded.  (How was that for a lengthy sentence?)  So, when the season starts, one of the characters has come back from a trip and asks what Simon Pegg's character has been up to, he says he had a few things to work through... with George Lucas, and they cut to the bonfire that you asked about (complete with Return of the Jedi music).  Here's a clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJlgpozN31s  and the Jar-Jar hate train doesn't stop there http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUQfHRfX2o8

Thanks, That's really funny and ..so real for fans..i thing Simon pegg, Edgar wright should do to next trilogy they are true SW fans.
