I know you guys are going to say that SPECTRE and Star Wars: The Force Awakens are not competing against each other but I say they are because "Bond 24" was supposed to be released in 2014 and it's very suspicious that they moved release all the way to 2015 October 23rd in the UK and November 6th in the states not too too long before the release of TFA. So I am wondering did they hear about this new Star Wars movie and decide to move the release on purpose or what? If they are competing my money is more on Star Wars not that I have anything against Mr.Bond just for me Star Wars has been around longer in my lifetime as a kid up to now and 007 I first got into back in high school. I say it's "Battle Of The Franchises".

Grand Theft Auto V and let's not forget Star Wars Battlefront.

I got mines ready on December 18th at 11:30 PM it's reserved seating so that's great I also got to bring a friend along so that's great too. So I got my Jedi robes ready and movie tickets ready.

I did make an adults only Star Wars movie in my mind called 50 Shades Of Star Wars unfortunately it will never see the light of day since it is owned by Disney:(

All ready for opening night for TFA

Haven't been on here in a while but I am really looking forward to this movie when it comes out. I will even be wearing Jedi Robes to the opening night here in Canada. This is my #1 most anticipated movie of 2015.

I say for Special Editions of movies they should not make anything look brand new like they did in the OT like "Oh this movie was released just yesterday." but still make the movie look very fresh and obviously we all hated the crap they added into the movies like CGI and Hayden Christiansen although there is the small acception of the Biggs scene in the hangar bay although they should have added in those deleted scenes as well with Biggs and Luke at Anchorhead. I say the special edition of The Wizard Of Oz was very great like did you see how they refreshed all the scenes but how they didn't look like so new they had came out yesterday. Now I hear Wizard Of Oz is supposed to get a 3D re-release. Now I'll definitely pay to go see that ;) 

Well I have to say brilliant work Harmy you did a great job especialy I love the way Dagobah looks now dark and murky just like in the GOUT version of the film not that brighter picture seen in the 2004 release especially when Luke is plugging in R2 to charge up the light from the charging unit looked way too bright on the 04 DVD and BD versions and than there was the Cloud City scene that looks super and even the duel looks great only one problem with the 5.1 audio track at the beggining on Hoth it sounded like the track was reverberating and I wonder if that mistake can be fixed.

I hope this will not be as weird as Cowboys And Aliens. Even though I mentioned it was an ok movie it is not really Star Wars. Although I would like to see a cameo appearance from Matt Smith. 

Well I didn't mind getting rid of the orange underneath the landspeeder in my opinion that looked very stupid it would have been great though if the could have done that than skipped the CGI creatures and aliens walking around most especially the "Beast Of Burdens" as George Lucas called them as they where one of the worst changes ever next to CGI Jabba The Hutt.

They did that with Tron Legacy and that sucked and I already hated the sequel (cheating Lightcycles).

I say rather than adding new crappy CGI sequences they could have just remastered the picture of all three films and you know what some of the color corrections arent so bad if you think about it. Anyways for Star Wars AKA A New Hope it was nice to see they added Biggs and Luke in the X-Wing hanger into the Special Edition but why did they decide to leave out the other Luke and Biggs scenes their friendship would have been more understandable rather than just a mention in Luke's garage while cleaning R2 and 3P0 my reaction was who the f*** is Biggs? And that was what I was wondering till the hanger scene on the SE although it would have been even better to see those Biggs scenes earlier in the movie as well than I would not be asking myself that question the whole hour and a half or whatever. Well I cant think of much for Empire and Jedi but anyways lets just not see Han Solo talk to Jabba I kinda Liked it better when you could only hear about him in the first movie but you could not see him till the third it was so climactic and the SE ruined it completely and I don't care if Goarge wanted to see it in the movie it was cut for a reason. Than what the f*** is Boba Fett doing in the scene he was never originally filmed in this at all in fact he did not appear until the cartoon segment in The Star Wars Holiday Special so really if Boba is one of the most awesome characters in the Star Wars timeline why add so much more of him when we already see enough of him in the EU? 

I want to see Jar Jar as a villian :)

As I mentioned elsewhere I only enjoy the 97 SE's for their colour corrections accept for in the first movie because of the really annoying pink tint visible in 80% of the movie so I like what Lowry did in 2004 better than in 1997 for the first movie but I prefer the 97 versions of ESB and ROTJ because they look better than the 2004 DVD's and 2011 BD's of Empire and Jedi mainly I hate the blue tint scenes in ESB and I hate how they made the scenes have a lighter tone the movie is supposed to be dark although I watch the bonus discs from the 2006 DVD's for the most part because it is all unchanged and I don't have to buy the Laserdiscs (which are the exact same thing).

Out of the hole SE trilogy I only liked the colour corrections done in 1997 but not in all of Star Wars with the really annoying pink tint in like 80% of the movie so I accept what Lowry did in the first movie for most of the shots that is but I only liked the 97 versions with their colour corrections for Empire and Jedi where in 2004 they had too much blue in Empire although Jedi is a little questionable on the 04 release compared to 1997. 

Well it looks like Bond 24 will release the exact same month as Star Wars Episode VII The Rise Of Darth Binks as I will spoof it until the official title is confirmed. Anyways they are my two favourite franchises and yeah they may not really be competing since Moonraker already tried that I like seeing these two movies back to back.

I wanna see this in EPVII.

 Yeah Yeah I get it my Grammar is off and yeah my Laserdisc history is off because I never actually used a Laserdisc player as I said my childhood was VHS and as I said before I am not 100% technical about everything so forgive me on the uptake please and thank you. Well I ordered a Laserdisc player on Ebay and it came to my doorstep although I have to wait til my next pay to order the full 97 Laserdisc set while I was waiting I decided to do some research on Laserdisc since I never used a Laserdisc player before my childhood was just VHS until my mom bought a DVD player somewhere in the 2000's and I realize that they could not fit a full movie on a single Laserdisc so all Laserdiscs are double sided and no wonder they didn't last long apart from the absurd disc size and the reason why I am only putting this in standard definition is because there already is Team Blu's preservation of it and Harmy's Respecialized Edition of the first movie although I hear there has been lots of aliasing present on Laserdiscs even the Laserdisc of the 2006 GOUT DVD so I will eliminate as much of that using the 2004 DVD as possible and I don't think it will be much of an effort than I will fix the widescreen bars still so it will look even more presentable on 16:9 screens I will also remove the side bars that will become present when I make the captures.

It has been rumored that Benedict Cumberbatch might take on a villain role in Bond 24 and still I would love to see him as Ernst Stavro Blofeld but entirely different and he could be the competition to Lex Luther in the upcoming film Batman VS Superman: Dawn Of Justice or he could take on Jaws more like a competition to The Winter Soldier from the newest Captain America film if they wont return to Quantum they could return to SPECTRE but this time they don't call each other by numbers because that is old school now and it is a more hidden criminal organization sort of like Hydra that really means business like hacking into MI6 computers and eliminating targets anyone agree with my idea?   

Well I play both Contrast and Call Of Duty Ghosts on my PS4 now I know Contrast is not on PS3 but Call Of Duty Ghosts is on PS3 as well as PS4 and there is a very noticeable difference between the two versions of the game the PS3 version looks decent in 1080p but it is the PS4 version that brings out true crispness to the picture and I know this because I bought the PS3 copy first than I bought the PS4 one after I purchased the console and it is a very noticeable difference although Sony still makes PS3 exclusive games like Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix which is the only totally good crispness that looks close to what it it would look on the PS4 although Kingdom Hearts 3 will be only on PS4 and Xbox One so I can't wait to pre-order it when it is finally announced to release.

New awesome idea instead of Benedict Comberbatch as a main Bond Villain we see him as a henchman most preferably the new Jaws but instead he is more smart and more lethal and can outshine his boss.

I thought I could start a thread about Playstation 4 and the Playstation Network to get opinions about what anyone on the forum thinks and maybe we can see what Sony could do better with the PS5 in the future.

Maybe the Millennium Falcon will pop out with a secret compartment mini ship just like the original Kenner toy.
