Da Nao Tian Gong -- The Monkey King - Uproar In Heaven (1965) RESTORATION v2 (Released)
Time

Hi slideyfoot and satanika

I'm glad that satanika finally got a hold on you slideyfoot, I tried myself, but without much luck - that's the bad thing about not having a facebook profile :)

But cool it all worked out in the end and I'm so glad I got a hold on this great dvd.

This actually inspired me in a creative way, since I was planning to paint something on the wall for my newborn twins, I decided to paint a portrait of the monkey king in a tree, smiling while holding a peach on top of his head and it turned out quite well (in my opinion), so now the kids have the monkey king watcing over them, on the wall (that's gotta be more insuring, than some guardian angel) :)

I also bought a chineese "manga" from which I'd might paint some monkey children smiling, about to having a meal... I just thought it would be nice to look at for the kids.

So again thanks satanika for the inspiration, I'm so looking forward to any future projects from you.

I finally managed to get the English narration. :)
So it will be included also. Thanks to Brumme for the lead, which ultimately worked out.

Very glad to have helped, even if it was only a small part of the project: finally had a chance to watch the DVD you sent today with my niece (who sat enthralled, naturally), and wasn't expecting just how incredibly professional you've made it! Really cool to finally know what they were saying, thanks to the subtitles.

You did an awesome job!

I've heard of a swedish version on VHS, I've heard it should be possible to buy this version still.....

There was also a dubbed version in danish on the telly in my childhood - the speakers name was Poul Dissing (he was actually an exellent storyteller), I woul love to get such a danish version to someday show my not yet born kids ;)

Even an english version would make my day...
