- Idea: Spider-Man: Homecoming Great Power, Great Responsibility Cut

As the title implies, I’m doing an edit of Spider-Man: Homecoming that:
Mentions Uncle Ben by editing the “A Film by Peter Parker” title card to include a little message at the bottom that says something along the lines of “For Ben, I know you always liked sci-fi” which is based on the fan theory that Ben was the one who showed Peter all of the movies that he references, and
Peter actually has consequences for bailing on everyone so often. There are actually deleted scenes that feature Peter’s classmates actually being mad at him and he has actual consequences. Needless to say, they will be in this cut.
There will also be timeline fixes since Sony messed it up in the theatrical cut. Homecoming takes place in the fall of 2016, Avengers takes place in 2012 so there’s no way that Homecoming takes place 6 years after the battle of New York. Some minor tweaks to the Karen A.I. in his suit will be made also.
This will be my first fan edit, so let me know what y’all think of this idea and if you’d like to see it!
