Unfortunately, there are probably thousands of people who couldn't care less about the original series for each one of us who do. We're a (very noisy and irritating...) blip on the radar when it comes to any boycott of new Star Wars movies.

The best bet (IMO) is to get LOTS of visibility to the need to preserve the original series from the press, from film critics, and any others in the industry that can bring pressure to bear that Lucas would consider peers he should listen to...

You should have inbound email to your jay@originaltrilogy.com address. I duplicated the error this morning from my Yahoo account for both press@originaltrilogy and forum@originaltrilogy. (4.4.1: Unable to establish SMTP connection).

If you receive the email to jay@originaltrilogy.com, send me a reply, and we can work on it/discuss offline so we don't take up bandwith in this thread...

3/16 Update: Yahoo doesn't seem to be able to connect and deliver mail to any of your email accounts. Jay@originaltrilogy.com and generalinfo@originaltrilogy.com both also returned a "unable to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1)" error.

Given the fact that our site probably isn't the only one that would prefer a smaller footprint, I'll defer to you to create the alternate image(s). That way, it's exactly how you want it to look. (It is, after all, an advertisement for YOUR site, so you should have control over how it looks!)
