They can be found on MySpleen. If you don’t have an account already, please do not ask here. There’s a thread for invite requests: http://originaltrilogy.com/topic/Post-in-this-thread-to-request-an-invite-to-MySpleenorg-you-MUST-read-the-first-post/id/8592/page/1

Please be sure to read the first post.

Le Dernier Jedi ?
Les Derniers Jedi ?
La Dernière Jedi ?
The Last Thursday ?

Spoiler alert when the translations come. But I believe there is no ambiguity, it refers to Luke and that’s all.

As does The Force Awaken crawl…

"Luke Skywalker has vanished. In his absence, the sinister FIRST ORDER has risen from the ashes of the Empire and will not rest until Skywalker,

the last Jedi,

has been destroyed."

Credit goes to google/twitter, not me…

I’m super new here so please forgive me if I missed something or ask a dumb question. I have the mkv files of the despecialized versions. I’ve owned multiple vhs and dvd copies of the special editions and I have box set blu ray release from a few years back. I would absolutely love to get a copy of these with all the menus to make a copy for my best friend. He would flip out to have something like this. If I’m able to get an invite to myspleen, are they iso files that I can then burn or is there more to it than that. I don’t need all the special features, I just want to make a nice copy of the film on a disc. If anyone can help me in anyway I’d really appreciate it. Thank You and Happy New Year!

They’re iso’s. The 25gb version is broken down between 2 disks, one for the movie, one for the extras. The 50gb versions have both.

Hi there! I just learnt about the new versions but I am a newbie on how to get the propper files to enjoy the new trilogy versions at home. Can anyone help me? I need the correct nzb file for the DVD9 versions. (As I work on a Mac I can’t run any .exe files neither) Thank you and may the force be with us!

Hi gamexl!

Did you ever get any help from anyone?

I’m not sure why you would need an nzb file, even using a Mac.

Once you have the links to all the rar files, it’s just a matter of downloading them with a download manager (for speed’s sake) and extracting them.

Can you give some more details on what step it is in the process of downloading and extracting that giving you problems?

Did you notice the post directly above yours??? In case you’re still not tracking, make sure to click the expand buttons…

On NZBKing, search for “despecialized AVCHD” and Towne32’s 2.7 version of Star Wars is the top hit. All parts are there, so it should download fine.

Great! Thank you for the information. Just what I needed!

Sometimes I’m not sure if people remember to read before posting…

In case you needed clarification, nzbs are usenet files. Much like a torrent file, they can be loaded into a usenet reader/downloader program, and the program will download the file and (usually) unpack it. Usenet has the advantage of saturating your download bandwidth, unlike torrents which only download at the speed of the connected peers’ allowed upload bandwidth.

Single Pass Regrade of Grindhouse ESB (Released)

Dreamaster- as others have said, your single pass regrade made this a much more enjoyable watch! I’m really amazed at how great certain scenes look (while I didn’t have any reference point while watching, the scene with Leia rallying the troops prior to the Hoth battle/escape looked wonderful)!

Thanks again! Glad we have people like you in this community!

I think they wanted to put the breaks on people signing up just for SW stuff with no interest in their “bread and butter” content.

Well that sucks… I really would like to see what they have to offer, however I can understand why they would want to keep people locked out if they are not willing to seed.

If anybody has an invite they can spare I would appreciate it.

Check your PM’s

Looks incredible! Would it sync with the Blu-Ray audio, if an offset was used?

I asked that same type of question over on Spleen. Here’s the Q&A:

Wow!!! I’m so excited to check this out! Would it be at all possible to sync up audio tracks from either the WOWOW or blu-ray releases, via tsmuxer?

No, because there are splices and small bits missing from the print. Probably 15-20 seconds overall. We are hoping to raise funds to scan a second print to replace the damaged sections, and then include the various alternate sound mixes.

So, it looks like the answer is, “No, for now…”
