I downloaded Express VPN (got the 1-month plan and canceled as soon as it was done). Whenever something Errored out I would pause the download, disconnect from the VPN, switch locations on the VPN, and then Resume the download. Make sure to not pick locations too far away from your machine’s location otherwise it will take forever to download.
