I have your theatrical versions downloaded, but there is no sound

Download it once again. English DTS-HD MA ES XLL sound from the Blu-ray is definitely included. Probably something went wrong during the download process. I also had issues after the first Download attempt. But I had glitches in the video stream of the .mkv
After another attempt it worked.

Just wondering: Is it easily possible to mux the - so I’ve read - amazing Atmos audio mixes into this release? It would require scenes to be the same and no changes applied to the cut between the EE and the 4K release the Atmos mixes come with.

Also, it would be amazing to see an authored BD version of this awesome project to be able to basically replace the original discs in the EE box. Maybe there’s someone here capable of achieving this?

The Lord of the Rings Extended Edition Color Restoration (a Work In Progress)

What’s the current status of this? Would love to see this as a BD version with menus basically as the extended edition came, but with correct colours…

Great work - especially after the UHD release seems to be botched, this is marvelous and the only chance to see LOTR in a decent quality that’s not flawed in some major way!

44rh1n's "The Fellowship of the Ring" Extended Edition Color Restoration (Released)

From what I’ve seen and read I’m not too keen on getting the new 4K UHD disks, but would rather be interested in improved versions of my EE discs.

Would it be possible to author BD discs to basically replace the ones in existing box sets that offer a menu, but just with colour corrected video and maybe even the new Atmos tracks that I hear seem to be spectacular? That would probably be the best version of this trilogy watchable as closely to the experience of inserting the old BDs.
