How interesting that I should come across this via Google - I am the one who created the original edit you are talking about. The original thread announcing it was posted over at the old Outpost Gallifrey site ran by Shaun Lyon.
I no longer have a VHS of this and when I checked out the link it said it had been deleted by Rapidshare due to a lack of downloads.
However the good news is that I have created an even better version than that old VHS effort!
Taken from the BBC DVDs, I have included footage from State of Decay to incorporate Tom Baker into the story. I have edited The Five Doctors as a five-part story and have included some specially created shots.
