There may exist a 4K version of the movie…
So if anyone were to also get a 4K rip of the song, it would be possible to have a 4K movie with the scene.
Does anyone have the ability to capture it? I wonder if a 4K version of the film will be available at some point as well, so we can have the full, uncut film in 4K.
Wish Disney would just issue a UHD disc with the scene.
The iTunes one has been captured before, read the last few pages of this thread.
Would this work for the Disney + at 4K though? I assume the same frame rate process would have to be applied to that one too?
The Disney + extra looks pretty good when played through Roku on a 4K TV. So maybe when a source becomes available we can see what’s what. I did try my hand at editing in the iTunes extra into the movie but that was the old non-frame rate corrected so it’s a little annoying to watch. If there’s a better version, would you PM me?
So - Disney + has the scene as an extra and it’s in 4K!
Now we need to find a way to capture and reintegrate it into the film.
