I finished making my own Purist edition of of Fellowship of the Ring, from Sharkey's purist edit.
Sharkey's version, IMHO, simply left in WAY too much of the Jackson taint.

I made probably HUNDREDS of changes to the Sharkey's purist version of "Fellowship:" too many to count. Just log in and see for yourself.
Again, there are simply too many changes to count; however I am pleased that the result comes close to the book.
