Brilliant Article about 'white guilt'
Time
Why is it that we humans insist on having black-and-white answers to all problems when we know (we KNOW) that almost everything lies somewhere in the grey areas? The truth is, most people are neither far right nor far left. We are somewhere in the middle, and I think a great many of us can agree that both sides have some valid points. For example, most people do not think that stepping on the back of another is person is the morally right way to gain success - but, most people do not think that you should give every beggar you see a dollar, until you are a beggar yourself.

Unfortunately, the extremists amongst us have always been the loudest voices; and, these days, they seem to be all we can hear. It freaks me out that stating any viewpoint not totally in line with that of the current government’s immediately gets one labeled as a “left wing nut.” And vice-versa, that if you agree with anything they do, you are “one of them.” When did politics become so polar? If we look at our American history, we find that this total split, (especially now, when you’re either a tree-hugging, industry-hating, new-age, loopy left wing hippie or a baby seal-killing, peoples-oppressing, money-grubbing conservative has only been within the past, say 100-150 years or so? Our country was founded upon many political parties, some of which were around for one election, some for decades, but enough to represent all of the glorious views and opinions of its people.

For myself, I hesitate to call myself anything but “independent,” because (as usual) both sides of this story have many facts wrong, many opinions with which I disagree, and many with which I do agree. I like some of both side’s methods, and I hate some of both. The one thing that I will say, just my opinion, is that there is a storm brewing in this country. Any one who does not agree need only study their revolutionary history (from any country.) The divide between those who have and those who do not is getting a lot wider and it seems like a whole lot of us are falling into the chasm. But I love my country, and I think that one of the beautiful things about America is its ability to change. I hope that we are able to put aside our polarity in politics and find some real solutions to the problems that we as a society are facing soon, because I don’t even want to think about what this country is going to be like in 20 years if we do not.

How do you rip DVDs?

Bingy13 if your asking about how to RIP fan created DVD's....

First, most fan created DVD's are on standard single layer DVD's so you can either right-click copy and paste the VIDEO_TS folder onto your hard-drive so you don't need to use any ripper program, you can also simply drag and drop the VIDEO_TS folder to a new folder (name it the same name as the DVD your coping) also if there are any DVD-ROM, CONTENT or EXTRAS folders drop them in the same folder.

Second, Most ripper programs will not copy or include the extra folders and you NEED that stuff as they keep the DVD's intact as the creators intended.

Info: Interest in DVD Trading Anyone?
Time
Due to high costs of media, mailing costs, maintenance to this website and to my equipment, I will now accept donations through Paypal to help keep this site up and running. For every $10.00 donation made, I will give you 1 DVD title of your choice absolutely free of charge, I will even ship it to you for free. For Non-US residents I will give you 1 DVD choice for every $15.00 donation (American currency). Email me for more details

SO, you'll use these donations to keep your site updated right then what about this

Well do the math, CD-Rs are around .25 cents a piece, where DVD+Rs are still around $2.00 each. Plus, as of this writing you can burn a 700MB CD-R at 52X max where DVD+Rs burn 4GB at around 4X if you're lucky.

Now, Dude I understand the need for a small fee but your prices are kinda WAY out of DATE man-

First, I get DVD's for as low as $0.19 cents a disc for ApexPro's (1 bad burn in 7) or even Taiyo Yuden (THE BEST OF THE BEST) for as low as $0.65 cents a disc so that $2.00 a DVD is kinda WAY out there man. (forgot to update huh)

Second, recordable DVD media can routinely now be burned at 16x (and for only $0.68 each disc)

Third, Can I download some of these of the net from you for free?

Fourth, You would seem to support bootlegging as you have links to buy illegal movies direct shrunk copies of retail titles (movies still in the theater even!)

Last thing dude, There are a lot of younger members on this site kinda like my cousin ~ who is 14 years old (she is a sick STAR WARS fan man!) and when she's over she browses these very forums YET, I noticed on your website that you promote pornography

- that is not EVEN cool dude.

That's funny. It doesn't say that anywhere on the box, or the tape, or in the movie itself. Just says, Ewok adventure.

"The Ewok Adventure" was called Caravan of Courage in the U.K. and I also think that it had a THEATRICAL release in the U.K. but here in the U.S.A. it was a Televison Movie

Mysterious Mysteries cover?

PRINT SIZE - width 10.8 X height 7.293 @300 dpi. AND Yes when printed on a bad-a$$ laser printer (like the Fiery XJ) the DVD cover look G-R-E-A-T! VERY real and VERY Professional!

Here is the specs on the cover sizes

All keepcases use the same size cover for the front and back 'the face' (1535 x 2188 pixels), the only thing that changes is the spine width.

COVER SIZES + SPINE SIZE

single: 3240 x 2188 pixels (spine: 170 pixels)
