Making Luke's Blue Saber duel against Vader's Red Saber From Return of the Jedi.
Time

So I went in Adobe Premiere Pro and edited the final duel of Luke facing off against Vader. But the only difference is that his lightsaber is now blue instead of green. It’s supposed to represent the Revenge of the Jedi version before it got alter in the last minute.

Star Wars 40th Return of the Jedi TV Spot - Fan Made
Time

This a video I made for the 40th re-release of ROTJ.

The only changes I made were making Luke’s blade blue instead of green.

Had music from the phantom menace tv spots and including a rating guy at the end to announce the parental guidance.

A recreated scene from Robot Chicken in style of Lego
Time

This one took me awhile to make, I recreated this Luke scene in style of a Lego stop motion short.

The frame rate is somewhat 12 fps or it should be.

I made Luke’s model move and giving facial expression too. So that way it’s not boring but more entertaining instead.

Color correction was the last thing especially syncing up the audio to match the the timing.

Hope you enjoy.

Update: Darth Vader Deleted Scene Restoration
Time

So I went back, rescale the video out to 4K, cleaning up more dust and scratches.

I think it’s good where it will be for now on.

Also, if you wish to use this clip in your own edits than go ahead. I don’t mind, all I ask if you give credit in your description, thanks.

Fixing this deleted clip from Return of the Jedi
Time

So I managed to fix and render out this deleted scene by doing a lot of things. I exported them as frames first, then going to Photoshop to get rid of the dust, scratches, black spots and so on. Afterwards, I import them back into Premiere Pro to export to After Effects, thus adding in the VFX for the blasters making them old school retro like. Finally adding back the video into Premiere Pro once again for the finishing touches. I added in SFX, including from various video games etc.

It’s roughly 8 seconds of a clip, otherwise I’m happy how it turned out. I might do the full scene if I had the time for it.

Re-edited version of this deleted scene from Return of the Jedi
Time

This version contains the original deleted cut, however I went in and fix a couple of issues here and there.

One of it was adding in the blaster VFX, to do this I used a plug-in called Saber FX for After Effects. By timing, I carefully went frame by frame to match where it should be. To get more of a feel, I made them a 3D layer for each single one coming in and out of the shot.

Another thing I did was adding some red filters to overlay the scene whenever a blaster went off.

Besides those two, I added in the sound effects (the blasters and some screams) I was originally going to add the original death scream but it didn’t fit well with my edit. So I left it out, for now…at least.

And lastly, I know there was already a video about this on YouTube but it was a longer video and my was a little shorter. (straight to the point)

So here it is - Deleted Return of the Jedi Scene Re-Cut

It’s a solid edit, not the greatest but it’s all right.

Something I did in Blender and with Adobe After Effects etc
Time

This is a mini short video I made in blender using a 3D Darth Vader model, creating a alternative scene than the original shown. Making a couple of changes, I composite Hans blaster to hit Vader right in the helmet with sound effects added in (like he was already injured) and color correction too.

For the background I masked out the frame where Vader was standing, and zooming in on it.

Finally exporting it out of Adobe premiere pro for viewing.

Hope you enjoy, this was a solid edit that I did.
