Zombie84 media sighting!
Time

I'm a long time member of Ars Technica, and just found this site from the article there. I've PM'd starmike, asking him to check in here, and if I get a reply I'll let you know.

Unfortunately, he only has a single post on that forum (he must have registered just to post in the comment thread), so I'm unsure if he'll read the PM quickly or at all.

Worth a shot though!

STAR WARS: EP IV 2004 REVISITED ADYWAN *1080p HD VERSION NOW IN PRODUCTION
Time

First off, fantastic fantastic work. Really amazing, and I've not even finished watching yet! The world owes you a debt Adywan. Thank you for your work.

Secondly, two questions:

Recently grabbed the rapidshare iso of the NTSC DVD9 version linked on the .info site, and am wondering if this version is "patched". I've seen some talk in the thread though searching about problems with layer breaks etc, and am wondering if this version has it. I am getting a message when burning with ImgBurn that "This image has not been mastered correctly for burning onto a double layer (OTP Track Path) disc". There was no .mds file included in that rapidshare download.

I clicked continue, and it seemed to burn just fine, but I gave that burn to a friend before I started searching for info on that problem. He's not watched it yet, so I'm not sure if there is any problem with the layer switch.

I did see in this thread that some folks who just bypassed that message got the layer break in the right place, so I think I should be OK, but just want to verify.

Also, if someone could point me to the (DVD5 NTSC) purist edition, I'd apprciate it.
