(I wouldn't mind downloading the colored version or the expanded 1976 remake, though )

^- I wanted to post this on Supermancinema, but they locked their forum because of the Gay Wars there.
The DVD release of Roger is, of course, censored - and I was wondering if anyone did a transfer of the uncut version from the laserdisc, with its intact scenes of Herman the Pervert, Toilet Allyson, and Jesslutica Rabbit?
(Not a transfer of the whole film, but just of the scenes censored on the DVD - a 100-200 MB transfer to fill a mini-CDR that could be put in the DVD digipack with the official release…)
Now, if someone broke into the vaults hidden under the Lucas Ranch nuclear reactor and stole the Lost Cut, the master of Holiday Special, and heaven knows what else that's hidden in there (perhaps that legendary alternate scene in which Yoda is revealed to be Vader's father (*)) - that would be something...

(The copy that I have is even worse - it's green and dark. This snippet has adjusted brightness and saturation)
Hah. The Holiday Special saw about 50 fan releases so far, so why not do something with this? There actually is an official release of this film, with, supposedly, restored picture and audio:
The only previous ones that I did see were the old, bad VHS transfers. I have one or two of these and as everyone who saw them knows, they’re not of too good a quality.
I also have proper English subtitles for the film. If anyone with the official DVD wanted to do something to, er, preserve it and make a fan edition, I can provide them right away (as well as some material for “bonus features”…)
I have the HS, but I know there’s a version with 56 old Kenner toy commercials out there somewhere; I managed to collect 41 such ads, which, I assume, come from that source, and I was wondering which ones I’m missing… (and are they downloadable anywhere at the moment?) These are the ones I have:
Commercial - 1983 - Kenner - Star Wars Return of the Jedi - .mpg
I remember that one of the fan documentaries / extra discs whose description I read once was supposed to have a scene with Darth Vader being voiced by David Prowse… but I can’t find the title of this project right now. Which one was it? (Was it, by any chance, “Deleted Magic”, whose downloading I’ll have completed today? )
Dalton is the best Bond in history - the only real Bond in the only real Bond film, in fact, and while that film is "Licence to Kill" rather than "The Living Daylights", I'd still be very interested in seeing this particular workprint...
Advice: use "I" instead of "any of us" in such statements. It's usually much safer and always true, unlike the "any of us" remark - which is particularly false in this case.
Portman is a corpse. Complete with mortuary makeup and all the acting skills and emotional range of a typical occupant of a body bag.
