Tomorrow I take delivery on an EDV-9500, the best ßetamax-compatible player ever made, and one of a very few to have S-Video connectors. My plan is to take several copies, multiplex each and average them (excepting damaged parts). Every copy would make the project better.

FYI: The Japanese P&S has even more of the image, since there is no blue bar below. Don’t be thrown off by the obi (that thing covering the left side with Kanji), it’s not printed on the cover, it’s on its own piece of paper.
