thank you so much for the info guys. I really appreciate it. Even though the flares irritated me (that is a personal choice of feeling) I love this despecialised edition so much. I love it. Thank you so much Harmy and team for all of your amazing work.

I just watched Star Wars - Harmy’s Despecialised edition. I haven’t touched star wars since revenge of the sith shat all over my love of it. Thankyou Harmy, it brought me back, and I finally got to see Star Wars before it was butchered by Lucas, who had every right to butcher it. I have a couple of questions, there is a yellow flare during the collisions between Darth Vader’s and Obi Wan’s lightsaber battle, forgive my naievity (I only ever saw video’s recorded from tv and the 97 remastered edition) and dont ever remember seeing a yellow flare. I don’t really like it, it jigged me, that’s my only criticism, is it fixable? My other question is; what if some of the adjustments Lucas made to the films are good? I love the old school puppet graphics much more than cgi, but the lightsaber thing … surely we don’t wanna see a dodgy yellow flare?
