Since I'm new at this when it comes to DVD9 burning. I was wondering what would be the best brand name to get? Is Verbatim still high quality in terms dvdr media.

After having a really bad quality copy of Droids from about 5-6 years ago (hell I even made vcd discs back then) I am def. looking forward to this, hopefully episode 9 will be up to your standards.
