Well I just got in from viewing the movie 3 times in a row and I can say this movie is great. All you haters of the PT will hate this movie just because you hate the PT. If you could just get it out of your head how your PT would have been and how George did the PT his way you just might like it.

As for no crawl and such it works. The sound track it fresh and new. Remember this is basically a pilot for the TV show that starting in October. The movie is not just geared to kids. I seen the OT in theaters back in 77 and I liked this movie.  As for the movie reviewer they are all closed minded to the new stuff GL puts out cause it not their holy trilogy.


Take this movie with a grain of salt you might be surprised. It was an hour and 40 minutes of good ole star wars fun.

Its not the recognition that anybody is looking for. It's the premise of they think just because they have armor they are the bigger fan and they will go and flog that in everybodys face just so they get the recognition. Did you hear anything about the rebel legion helping at the rose bowl parade. Hell No. And if you did it was in a negative remark most likly made by a 501st member. I have know fans that as soon as they join it all goes to their head and they want nothing to do with the "other side", unless it suits their need. But granted I do know others who are not like this. But they seem to be few and far between.

The equivalent is the Rebel Legion. www.rebellegion.com

But really there is no equivalent as the 501st do think they are better then everybody and any costume group. And they swear by the term GL preferred costume group. The worst thing for costumers was when George brought the 501st to the rose bowl parade. I know a legion member who's head was so huge after getting to go down and march in that.
