How much of the original voice acting is used? Been revisiting Kai and found myself realising how good the original Z voice actors/dialogue was and even some of the filler was actually gold, so absolutely stoked when I found this. Some of vegitas one liners are so hilarious yet they’re so absent in Kai. Same for frieza and others. Even the turn to super Saiyan for goku is soooo less dramatic in Kai. I couldn’t believe it.

Kai gets the action right. That’s for sure. But they forgot about the drama, the tension and the comedy that pin them together. The stuff that makes us love the characters. Which drove me to look for alternatives. And here I am haha.

Also, love that you’re keeping garlic jr. Always nice to see the rest of the team shine without Goku. In fact I pretty much agree with all the editing choices you’ve outlined in each post.
