Yes, TPB is definitely broken, mkvextract fails on it too.

TPB mkv is broken @ 24%. Just watched it and stopped there.

Harmy can you give us official MD5 of your release? TPB and MySpleen torrents DON'T MATCH! The one downloaded from TPB only matches 24.4% of MySpleen torrents main movie mkv!
