This site has no connection with how people obtain the Despecialized Editions - or any other Preservation or Fan Edit etc - for that matter.
However, you may get an answer - or some help - if you were to ask your question in this thread, here:-
This section of the site is for more for reporting bugs and issues with the software of the site itself.
