I suppose I do, I have a great fondness for this movie, and any preservation I will wait patiently for, believe it or not I have had both the Johnny Got His Gun Laserdisc, and Metallica 2 of One Laserdisc since 2002, I watched them back then on my then working player, it has long since stopped working, and I recycled it, but I kept the Laserdiscs, I remember I bought them on Ebay for next to nothing, and now they are preserved, as I have always intended.

Hello, I am the original poster, it has taken YEARS, but Johnny Got His Gun got a Bluray release, and it can be found on youtube in HD, BUT I also own the Laserdisc of Johnny Got his Gun AND The Japanese Laserdisc of Metallica 2 of One with the CD quality video of One. I have been trying for years to get these digitally transferred, I reached out to someone on the Domesday Duplicator Discord, and Jesse located in Canada offered to help, we successfully got both archived and I have uploaded all files to wwwarchiveorg here is the link, I should note that the Laserdisc cut of Johnny Got His Gun has extremely rare alternate and extra scenes and is DEFINITELY worth the watch.
