Problems with Encore - M2TS files transcode pending warning
Time

Hi all,
After a few years of poor health, I’m able to get my DE blurays finished off.
I’ve got the latest Harmy MKV’s and I’ve turned them into M2TS files for import into Encore. I’ve got my menus working spot on and it all plays fine within Encore but When I’ve come to build the bluray iso, it won’t allow me to as I am getting a transcode pending warning on the m2ts file.
What am I missing?
Help would be much appreciated.
Cheers

Despecialized: Ready to build my DE project, but I could do with some guidance....
Time

Hi,
I joined this forum a couple of years ago, and I have all the up to date versions of the DE’s, muxed with the audio that I want, but because of personal circumstances and disability, I haven’t been in a position to complete my project until now.
I have all of the menu images, sounds that I want to use, including Harmy’s ‘making of’ featurette, but now I need to put it all together.
I’ve got Adobe CC and I’ve installed Encore. Also have MultiAVCHD.
I could do with some help putting it all together if anyone could lend me a hand?
Many thanks in advance.
Si

PS. I will also put my project out there if anyone is interested in it when complete.

Star Wars Despecialized Editions - Custom Bluray Set (Released)
Time

I certainly will, thank you. One question, I used TSMuxer and saved each film as a blu-ray folder (I think it saved as a .m2TS) with the audio options (the 3 DTS-HD audio options) that I want.
Will that work in Premiere Pro and Encore?
The reason I ask is because I am going to stay with my bro for a few days to do the project and will be taking the films on a flash drive, as I can’t take my PC. Will this be ok?

Hi NJVC!
This is just the post that I have been looking for for so long now! I have been getting different sources together to do my own DE’s with menu, audio options and a bonus feature, but on a lot smaller scale than yours. Yours looks amazing by the way! My bro has Adobe CC and I have read that you have to revert Premiere Pro to CS6 to be able to use Encore. I have never embarked on anything like this before, so am an authoring virgin! I was talking to Han Duet about my project only the other week.
I was under the impression that I could only use 1 audio track, but this obviously isn’t the case. I would love to hear your thoughts on the process with Adobe and if you could give me any pointers, if that isn’t too cheeky?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Si

Has anyone used MultiAVCHD to author the DE's?
Time

Hi,
I am trying to create a simple menu in MultiAVCHD with no motion, sliding tiles etc. Just text (that I want to place at the top of the screen) that I can click on, ‘Play’ and ‘Bonus feature’, and a looping MP3 playing in the background. I have my own JPEG for the background image. Has anyone used AVCHD?
I have SW and Introducing the DE’s going onto this project that I want to be able to select from one main menu.
When I preview the top menu, it seems that there is a menu for both movies.
Am I missing something? I am VERY new to this, so go easy on me.
Is there better software that I can use?
Thanks in advance,

Authoring DE AVCHD's to Blu Ray in Encore CS6
Time

Hi all,
Fairly new to all of this burning films malarkey, so trying to get my head around it. I have all of the latest DE’s in AVCHD form and I am currently designing some menus (will have background music) for each film.
Here is the question I have;
I will be doing the project in Adobe Encore CS6. Does anyone know if I can use the .iso images of ESB V2.0 and ROTJ V2.5 (SW V2.7 AVCHD isn’t an .iso image) in Encore, or will I have to use mounting software (is that what it’s called??) to open the .iso images up and extract the source material that way?
Any pointers would be great.
My brother has the computer with Adobe CC on but he has no experience with Encore, hence why I am asking. He also lives a long way from me, so I need the files that I can use to take with me to be perfect when I go to his to author them, and put my project together.
I hope this makes sense.
I hope someone can help.
Cheers
Si
