So I don’t trust Wikipedia 100%.
What makes this discrepancy confusing is that Yoda is voiced Jyun Gaa-coeng, but this is not listed on Wiki. Maybe the next step is scouring Chinese sources?
Double checking the Cantonese dub, I can tell that they were made by TVB. However, Chinese Wikipedia lists those made in 2005 instead of mid 90s speculated by simps (unless one of them are wrong). It doesn’t list the voice actors but I went backwards because I recognized the voices from other dubs they did. I’ll list the main trio, their actors and other roles they did:
Luke - Pasu Leung, Heero Yuy, Meowth, Frodo Baggins in Jackson’s LOTR (Only in Fellowship, Towers and The Hobbit).
Han - Kenneth Chan, The narrator in Chibi Maruko-chan, Kogoro Mori, Tom “Neo” Anderson.
Leia - Jingle Tsang, Sailor Moon, Yugi Mutou.
Interesting to see how that these actors did all kinds of dubs, which makes sense for a TV station. If there’s any Chinese speakers I would like to have someone reverse engineer the rest of the cast.
I made English subtitles for this cut, somewhat a cross between a transcript and basic SDH captions. DM me if interested.
Sorry about the long radio silence, I put in more entries on the spreadsheet. Really, I’m getting really confused on whoever’s in charge of choosing which movies get retrofitted to 16:9 or not. For example, “Agent Cody Banks” is its original aspect ratio, while “Agent Cody Banks 2” isn’t. Like I said before, no pattern is likely for it.

I’m looking for films that were shot and conceived with a scope ratio in mind, 2.35 or similar. I don’t care what format it was shot (35mm, 70mm, 4k etc…), I’m just trying to catalog / compare the ones that have or haven’t had their ratio changed to fit a 16:9 frame.
I’m trying to catalog every 'scope film that were altered (or not on) HBO and seeing if there’s a pattern to it all. I won’t be surprised if there is no pattern.

An update on the project, I found a vine that was made during a screening. It’s the one where a guy says “Turn on your flash you (expletive) moron!” right before the Star Wars logo appears. I’ll see what I can do with ripping vine content.

I asked for the music only track as I want an option for the reedited reviews to go with either with or without the soundtrack.
Other than the premise, the other thing about it is that scenes in the teaser trailer are spliced into their proper place in the final film. (Finn sweating, BB 8 in Jakku, etc…)
With ep7 coming and going from the public eye, I had the idea of reediting the numerous video reviews on it and putting them into plot order. This is mostly inspired by None and his “Thee Backslacpkping” video project, especially with recontextualizing disposable video products.
I have one question though, did someone make a music only track for ep7 yet?
