 Exactly! I cant believe how much they fucked up the makeup for this scene(and for ROTS also), I mean did they even study the rotj emperor as reference, it sure dont seem like it! 

 I agree with some posters here that the upper part of his face would need some more tweaking he's eyes seem lifeless. Perhaps some slight head movement would work. It may have worked to have a completly static upper face on the 2004 version due to the thick horrible fat makeup  but I'm not sure it works on the "skinny" one.

But it sure is a hell of an improvement over the 2004 version nevertheless  :)

that looks epic adywan! but in the second picture isnt the two engines on the right very orange compared to the others ? Perhaps it looks different in motion

Yeah killing off Lando and the FALCON would be like raping my childhood. I remember always cheering (still do :))when when they made it just in time and Nien Numb's classic laugh :)  It's enough that Yoda and Anakin dies. 

And IF the Falcon is destroyed there should defenitly be some sort of reaction from Han Solo and the others ,which would be pretty hard to pull off. lol

But as we said before this is your version ady so just do what you feel is right :)

but a purist version of ROTJ:R with no major story changes would be higly appreciated :)

 gawd you depress me so much when you say things like that. I love ANHR and ESBR seems to be right on track as far as quality and vision goes. Yet your vision of the pequels seems to be the same as everyone elses and that means gutting them. With everything you've said that you are taking out of the prequels there doesnt seem to be enough material left for one movie, let alone three. Im just sad I wont have a revisited prequel trilogy to go along with the OTR.

My main gripe about the prequels wasn't the plot(which I like) nor the special effects(with some exeptions like the cartoony characters in the podrace for example) but it was the VOICES  and poor delivery of the lines. While all of the voices in the OT where PERFECT(from James Earl jones to Harrison Ford and Ian McDiarmid and so on) the PT voices are horrible  like Natalie Portman(especially in TPM), Hayden, Pernilla August, Jake Lloyd and even Christopher Lee and Frank Oz. The only good ones were Ian McDiarmid(except when he turns to The Emperor) and Liam Neeson.

So a REDUB of of these characters would be what would help this trilogy the most  :)  mesa thinks ;)

I was just wondering if you were planning on fixing the Vader hologram in the AT-AT cause it looks pretty bad as it is now  :P

This movie is now near perfect thanks to you adywan!  Just 2 things:  The shot where R2 parts with 3po in the desert and rolls away over a sanddune still looks extremely fake. It looks like r2 had been pasted into the shot.

The other thing is when Obiwan ignites his sabre when meeting Vader. I think it still looks a little weird and the sabre looks too "fat".  Otherwise its perfect! I know this would be impossible to do but it would be cool to add a scene right before the yavin celebration where we see vader in his Tie advanced landing on a platform on Coruscant. Stormtroopers comes to greet him and he forcepushes them in anger over a ledge and then enters the emperors huge throne room and we see a longshot of him walking towards the emperor(playing the Imperial march)  with lots of red guards standing in line as he walk , then the scene segues into the yavin celebration. :)

 Great idea!!! And do the same in ROTJ when Luke is about to kill Vader then make them return to normal when he realizes what he's about to become.
