Hi there, I’m 45 now and a massive fan of Starfleet. I wanted to offer you some better copies to work with. I’ve looked at and compared your copy’s to mine and I think mine would give you a better base to start with. They are in MP4 with both AAC and MPeg4 sound, with a file size of roughly 1.4gb each episode. The AAC sound is variable upto 320kbs and the MPeg4 sound is fixed at 320kbs and generally sounds better. My copies look pretty much how I remember seeing them in the early 80’s on TV so they look pretty good! If you are interested I can download them to an email and send both sets of copies to you so you can judge for yourself. My nephew also speaks Japanese, and has said he will translate problems you mentioned in an earlier post.
Either way I cant wait to see the results of all your hard work, Starfleet should have been given the Remastering treatment a long time ago. Hope my offer is of any use!
