- Help: looking for... 'The Alamo' (1960) Roadshow Version - has anyone done this?

Alamo Roadshow was delicately recreated by Koch in Germany from the origunal Laserdisc Master for a 720p Bluray. The Limited Edition Blu-ray appears to already be out of print. Has anybody been able to locate a BD rip this disc? I have found rips of the regular movie disc, but not the roadshow.
