And although Moth3r´s results have been great, they are obviously lacking in the audio department, with the audio only being from VHS.

What exactly is "obviously lacking" with VHS hi-fi audio? Have you listened to the DVD yourself, or are you just assuming that the audio is second rate because it's from VHS?

Right, tell us, you rebel scum!

It would be great to get a DVD transfer from the best possible source. I´m from Iceland and here we use PAL. I made my own DVD transfers from my THX widescreen VHS tapes a while back and although it suffers from the usual VHS jitters, it´s often more crisp looking and smoother than my good old TR47´s. Now I know that those french laserdisc versions offer much better quality than VHS, so a decent PAL version of the OT is absolutely mouthwatering. Bring it on fellas!

Hey, haven't you been keeping up on current events? MothEr did wonderful PAL transfers of ANH and ESB, which is absolutely astonishing (Moth3r, I am your fan!). Just check the right thread or go straight to myspleen. com to download them.

Jerclay, only you can see the files that are on your computer. You'll need to put that image up somewhere publicly accessible before any of use can see it. Do you have any webspace you could upload it to?

Oops. You're right. Stupid me! And no, I don't have any webspace I could upload the image to. Maybe you can show me a decent webspace? And then I'll gladly share the cover with the comunity.

PM has been turned on! And now, as I'm not actually too skillful (to say the least) in partitions, FAT32 and stuff, please, could someone help me with getting Mother's disc? Happy I'll be!!!!!

Hi guys!

I tried to download Moth3r's Star Wars form myspleen.com and then I read one of the posts, where one guy says that if I have Windows98, I CAN'T download this file, cause it goes as one big file, which is more than 4 Gb. As I'm pretty dumb about this stuff, can you clear this for me: I actually CAN'T download or I CAN, but I will not be able to play it? And if so, what should I do, as I already started to download it to my second non-system disc?

One guy says I can format my drive with NTFS, but does this mean I lose all the information on it?

What should I do!! Help me out, pls!!!
