A few reviews . . (film or TV)

The film Wicked For Good is a fantastic conclusion to the epic two parter. With the circle now closed I can finally give my thoughts on the whole thing. This story provides a look at the cost of lies. Of coveting power and selling your morals for notoriety. Though it also touches upon our society’s need for a villain and a hero, and how both titles are built to ensare the perceptions of others. The tragedy of it all lies in how without a doubt, the choices we make can save or destroy in the most pivotal of moments. A must see!

The film A Death of A Unicorn was quite honestly a movie that had no business being as good as it was. It surpassed my expectations, which was that it was going to be worse than it was. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, but if you want something to make you question the hour and a half you put into it, then go ahead.

Are they doing the original VistaVision first gen material. Because that would be like Oh my god. You have no idea how many years I’ve wanted to see those scanned at the highest resolution.

Seeing other films restored from VistaVision its quite amazing actually.

And the idea they found all the so-called lost trims and CRI that was claimed to be junked.

Were we lied to or mislead for years. Or did they really not know where all this material was.

Maybe I’ve become too immersed in true crime and the degradation of our society, but my gut tells me this was a cover-up to appease George.
