Come to think of it, PGCEdit uses IMGTool classic to generate the image-file, so you don't really need PGCEdit for that purpose.

But I think you should use PGCEdit anyway because the IFO-files may need to be corrected, which it does automatically (you could use IFOedit for this purpose, as well). I'm only speculating now, but that could be the problem.

I really don't know what the problem is, but I didn't have any problems when I burned the OCP-movies...

As I understand it, you shouldn't burn movies with Nero directly because Nero removes the 32 Kb gaps between the dvd-files, which can cause problems... I always use PGCEdit to create the image-file and then i burn that with IMGBurn. You'll find links to all relevant programs at the PGCEdit-homepage. I suggest you try that.
