I have a quick question why don’t you use a google drive wouldn’t it be so much easier and you can set to only can view it through links why use this insane process of getting jdownloader or torrenting it

First & foremost is that we need to not make it TOO easy to get these. The copyright holders would be more than capable of shutting all this down permanently if they decided too.

As for google drive, there is nowhere near the space needed. It would take dozens of accounts to hold all the rar files. Size is the same reason many like to use torrents (though I myself do not).

As for as using Jdownloader or FreeRapid Downloader, they are just ways of downloading files concurrently, so as not to takes anymore time than they must. But even then it will take a very long time. You can download all the links one by one with out them, but that would likely take weeks.

Also the other reason I don’t like free rapid and jdownloader well they have ad ware built in and some spyware

I don’t buy them but I understand why people do

Here’s a spreadsheet I made for people who want to know what versions of ANH are available to watch:

Very handy - a super idea! If there’s room, it could be useful to squeeze in the word “GOUT” in the description for the Limited Edition 2006 DVD, since that is what it is commonly referred to.

Good idea.

With the resolution details at the bottom, I believe the DVD should be 480-576 horizontal lines (480 for NTSC, 576 for PAL, assuming it is anamorphic), and the laserdisc 425-440.

Bluto

Since there are film preservations which are included, I wanted to provide an unbroken continuum of (vertical) resolutions. However it’s been changed to be more accurate 😃
Star Wars Versions

Also there is team negative version with the a new hope tag line

JEDIT: Tweaked the color and saturation:

Here’s a textless version:

and here’s the new image alongside CarboniteSolo’s images:

After getting rid of the Stormtrooper, the Vader helmet looks a bit too clean for this set. I wonder if there’s a good photo of the helmet from that angle that we could use instead…

Perfection

Ok that makes sense sorry I’ve seen people complain on comments all the time so I thought by making it easier to download it wouldn’t make it impossible to download for people I don’t think it is but I will upload the files in smaller size via handbrake

The Prequel Radical Redux Ideas Thread

I have an idea for revenge of the sith and attack of the clones I was going to do it for my edit. You can go right away you should add darth mual into attack of the clones and revenge of the sith use after effects and take out count dooku and then replace with darth mual use a green screen and add him in I thought it was good idea to give Obi-Wan and arc during the prequels.

I thought I would post this idea here because adywan is not doing the prequels

Need help making Despecialized Edition DVDs - MKVs

From what I have learned with the Xbox one that Avchd files burned to duel layer discs do not work with the Xbox one you will need a blu ray burner just download ConvertXtoHD and stick the iso file and go into settings and turn letter box to stretch hit convert it will take a while then it will finish then buy some blank blu ray discs and open up imgburn hit burn files to disc go into documents folders and it will be titled what the avchd file was called then hit burn it will take about 30 minutes and stick it into your Xbox one and boom the original version of Star Wars in HD

Update November 2017 now they do work Xbox one just got a update so use imgburn and hit burn disc img to disc

I think I read somewhere that Harmy has a 1080p Despecialized version in the works. Is this true? Any updates on this?

This isn’t the thread for this, but to answer your question, after ESB 2.5, the plan is to do a 3.0 of all three films in 1080p, but who knows if/when it will ever be completed.

You can use a converter using convertxtoHD and change the reslution up to 1080p
