As an OG 70’s-80’s kid, I am pining to go back and watch the 1995 VHS trilogy again. I think that holds more nostalgia for me. Sadly we lost it several years agao in a move. I think they were thrown in the “donate” box at the end of a long day of packing.

That being said, I have always wanted to try a Laser Disc. Unfortunately, that was the one piece of technology I never had. I still occasionally get the urge to buy an old player just to watch some of those versions… One of these days…

Anyone know how those LD look on home theater projection screen?

Hello fans! I just joined after finding this forum along my journey down a rabbit hole…

I am a long time original SW fan but have lost much interest since Disney took over many years ago. Some (very little) has been good but overall I am a disappointed OG fan.

I am just completing a dedicated home theater room in my basement and would like to collect some of the original quality releases that may be available to watch in my own theater with my grandkids. They need to see these the way I saw them back in the 70’s-80’s on the big screen.

I’m hoping I can find what I’m looking for and will enjoy browsing this forum to possibly connect with other fans like myself.
