Haha, remember this? No news since…

Spoilers
I was having an okay day today, until I saw this:
A line about what use the nightmare murderbot serves would have been nice.
Eh, I don’t think so. He sees a high-tech enemy weapon/droid that he can take back to the Rebels to reverse engineer or reprogram. Not that uncommon in times of war “to use the weapons of my enemy”.
Disagree.
I hope she’s irredeemable and gets worse because she doesn’t want to feel those kinds of emotions.
I would also love that, not sure that’s what we’ll get though. Less than a week to know though!
Spoilers below, my guess for a certain character in the final three episodes:
I’m convinced after Syril’s death, Dedra will see the errors of her ways. She’ll be promoted to work with Krennic on Edau and be responsible for helping Bodhi escape, thus kicking off the events of Rogue One (and will likely die in the process).
To match the other spin-offs, I know a crawl was discussed, but I’d like to see it more like how Solo, Ahsoka, The Acolyte, or Skeleton Crew did it if one gets added. More its own thing, but still honoring the saga films, and, saving the Star Wars Main Theme for the numbered episodes.
Here is a test I put together using Hal’s last crawl (and a track from the Andor soundtrack):
That might be the only continuity error? And even then he’s pulling jailbreaking tools out of his boot as he says it, so I’m thinking the “first” he’s referring to might be the TYPE of prison he’s in, not prison in general?
Good point, and with how well they danced around the Star Wars: Rebels canon with Mon Mothma in S02E09, I have a feeling the team did a very thorough job making sure they didn’t contradict anything in Rogue One.
Season 2 has been great so far. I think these last 3 upcoming episodes will really decide what changes this edit may need for a V5, if any…
I’m planning to watch this edit as an endcap to Andor. If I notice any contradictions, other than Cassian’s “This is a first for me” line, I’ll note them down and share.
Last night’s episodes were amazing. I know that is the word going around online as well. Just… wow.
I thought of another AI fix that could be added to ROTS/LOE that could help with Anakin’s turn, but I’m not sure if it could fit in or if it is something Hal would even consider; basically, using this as another seed of his growing resentment of the Jedi.
ANAKIN: “The Jedi are trying to abandon me, just like they did my mother!”
Hey Hal, any updates on your updated Extra-Stuff edits with the OG titles?
Just thinking…
- Redo Poe’s Illum line
- Maybe cleanup/redo Finn’s: “It’s the First Order, they’ve found us line.”
- An angry line for Poe about making the First Order pay after the destruction of the Hosnian System (helping to explain why they are continuing the assault)
- Potential line for Lor San Tekka (or Kylo) clarifying that it isn’t a map that Luke left to find him, but a map that leads to an ancient Jedi Temple where Luke may be, clearing up the confusion on why Luke would leave a map if he didn’t want to be found.
- Maybe some kind of line before Rey leaves to find Luke about starting an evacuation soon because the First Order is coming to D’Qar to counterattack.
- Any Leia exposition lines that could be on comms during the Starkiller X-Wing battle?
- A Maz Kanata line about having to leave soon to go settle a union dispute (TLJ connection)
- Over the loudspeaker at the Resistance base in the background “Rose Tico, please report to maintenance.”
Hey @JarJar, I posted this before. Not sure if any of these are feasble.
Hey Nev! Any updates on the next version of this project?
I’ve just checked the total raised so far and we are so close to hitting the target, with just over £160 left to raise. You guys are amazing. Thank you all for donating.

If we were interested in hearing endless complaints about Chancellor Palpatine, we could go to literally any other place on the holonet. It’s getting old. He won the vote of no confidence fair and square, and that’s the system we have. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Very mature Nev 😄
Andor has political themes, but let’s be real, we’re here for Star Wars. If we were interested in hearing endless complaints about Trump, we could go to literally any other website on the internet. It’s getting old. He won the election fair and square, and that’s the system we have. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
“No politics; only light discussion of current events is permitted, and only in the Off Topic section. Your signature, which appears beneath all your posts, may not contain political content or social commentary.”
Originally, I also wanted this to be the case after I heard it was supposedly the original plan.
But “FIGHT the Empire!” is so much more a call to action than “F*** the Empire!” and I wouldn’t want it any other way now.
I just donated $30.
Long live the Empire!
Yeah, the mods should step in a bit more often in Adywan’s threads. They tend to be very active and are taken off-subject a lot of the time.
I doubt it, but I wonder if any story bits or easter eggs from this game are coming…

Release date:
Ryan Gosling is joining the Star Wars galaxy in a new film directed by Shawn Levy.

Levy, who recently directed and produced Marvel’s hit Deadpool & Wolverine, made a surprise appearance during The Mandalorian and Grogu panel today, joining Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy and chief creative officer Dave Filoni on stage to confirm his project for the live audience at Star Wars Celebration Japan.
One of several theatrical projects still in development from Lucasfilm, including films by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, James Mangold, Taika Waititi and a new trilogy by Simon Kinberg, Levy’s film — Star Wars: Starfighter — will star Gosling and go into production starting this fall.
Set approximately five years after the events of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Gosling will play a brand-new character teased by the actor’s appearance on stage.
Star Wars: Starfighter arrives in theaters on May 28, 2027.
Any new progress to share? Been very eager for this one!
Well, Celebration Japan is this weekend… I’d at least hope for an update or teaser or anything. My breath is not being held though.
