At the moment, there’s not much I can do to help. Google was very clear that I can’t share links without risking all of my Google accounts being cancelled. That includes YouTube. I will likely get a Mega account at some point. If so, all my various edits will be up there

Great ideas! Definitely plan to add some filters for the final edit. This first pass is just for lip syncing. The foley work is a great idea too

If I end up disliking Lando’s bright colored clothes then I might change them. Changing brightly colored clothes to a different color is super easy in final cut. Can be done in a few minutes. We’ll see how how I feel after 40 viewing of Rise of Skywalker.

If Hux had purple hair, I would have color corrected his hair too. And for the same reasons as changing Holdo’s to a more natural color. Neither are aliens so purple wouldn’t be a natural color. Something about spending their time on hair in the middle of Armageddon seems weird. It would be like Kyle Reese taking the time to dye his hair in the middle of The Terminator while he’s running for his life and living in sewers, eating rats. Something about it just doesn’t seem right. Granted, I had to watch The Last Jedi about 40 times before it started to bother me

Edit: That last one there makes me sound like I’m implying you’re racist. That’s not what I mean, I’m more saying aliens that aren’t a humanoid colour, i.e. blue, green, red, etc - are there any of those that your aesthetic doesn’t quite align with that you might change?

Yeah, I also changed Luke’s saber to green in my edit. I wasn’t originally going to but, just like Holdo’s hair color, the more I watched my edit, the more that blue saber got on my nerves

Her hair color was just an aesthetic choice. The more I watched my edit (40-50 times during the process) the more I began to dislike it. There’s really not much more to it. I never expected people on Reddit to be so offended by the choice but, either way, I like it so much more as blonde. Just an aesthetic choice. However, I love Sabine’s purple hair in Rebels. It never bothered me at all

I changed Holdo’s hair from purple to blonde in my edit, added Ackbar from ROTJ and added the voice of Obi-Wan to Luke’s death scene… among other things.
