Yeah but palpatine doesn’t want anakin skywalker to come back, so letting the galaxy know he’s alive would risk bringing back anakin.

You planning on doing a uhd version of the edit? because the uhd has hdr or does hdr not really matter for this film?

I consider it as a “waiting-edit” for Ady’s Revisited. It’s only my personal go-to version of ROTJ until Adywan’s Revisited comes out.
It’s different because it’s less conservatory, I think. It has some Prequels music additions (some ok, some totally out of place and dumbass changes, as I’ve come to realize), some scenes which are restructured and visual changes (mostly color corrections, glowing lightsabers, remade blaster shots, added atmospheres to planets).
It’s far from perfect, but I quite enjoy it.

Hello everyone! It’s been some months since Shamook was kind enough to provide the source files of his Rogue One deepfakes, and as I noted back then the deepfakes themselves were a lot sharper but the surrounding footage was of lower quality.
Well I was finally able to take the time to redo my deepfake implementation, only using Shamook’s source quality files this time. Not only is the source quality much higher, but the files also included all the shots that were missing from the Youtube video. Previously I used alternate sources for these shots (save for one where I couldn’t find any source), they blended better than the original CGI but still they were lower quality and weren’t a perfect match to Shamook’s work, now all the shots are of equal quality and source so the whole thing is way more cohesive.

pw: faneditMost of the work had to be redone but the process was a lot more straightforward this time around. With just a bit of noise the footage blended pretty well, as well as some small fixes, fades etc . I kept the clips the same lenght and name so that is easy to replace the previous versions. (I also learned that exporting lossless is unnecessary and creates ludicrous file sizes so now all the clips only come at 2.16 GB).

Any way to deepen Vader’s voice to sound more like Empire and Jedi? It always sounds so ‘tinny’ in ANH and not very aggressive or menacing.
Empire is peak Vader but rotj Vader sounds off at times. Ps. I hope someone can do an edit of the rotj hd revisited that includes the special edition ending because I like the special edition ending ghost anakin and all. Though maybe use the ghost anakin from ahsoka’s last episode as ghost anakin.
I just found out about this project and I couldn’t be more excited 😃 Finally somebody is doing what I thought might be the best chance to finally get the best of all worlds in terms of the LOTR, especially FOTR, official releases - each HD version of FOTR has it’s own flaws and it always annoyed me that whichever release I chose to watch, I had to choose between bad colors (EE BD), bad DNR (Theatrical BD, 4K BD), and/or bad resolution (Theatrical BD) - this project seems to be aiming to fix all of that and that’s amazing.
Now if someone could also edit out all the bad moments like with merry and pippin etc. it would be a perfect trilogy.

His TPM was going to be TPM on steroids, mine is more like TPM on strong vitamins compared to that.😄 His ideas were very ambitious with 3D rendered new shot and I’m not sure who would have the skills and time to finish all he planned. It would take a long time too. Maybe some kind of group effort would work.
Alaskan sandman’s project made me wish there was a group a fans that could update cgi in both the prequels and the original trilogy because not all the cgi scenes in the original trilogy were bad.

Does this include the deleted padme scenes, because they give her more importance, because she helps slowly form the rebellion in the original trilogy.

To give us more character development with anakin and obi wan etc. like part 1 would be finding anakin part 2 showing us anakin’s training etc. then attack of the clones for example then make episode 3 an epic two parter.
