Why do this?
Kevin Feige was asked if animals were killed in the Decimation, and he said that half of ALL LIFE was killed off. This means that plants were killed off too. However, there were no plants disintegrating in Wakanda after Thanos used the Infinity Gauntlet, so I’m going to try my best to make plants disintegrate in the film.

Here’s a suggestion: when Rise of Skywalker comes out on DVD, try inserting the Knights of Ren into the background of a few scenes, such as the first throne room scene with Snoke and Kylo, as well as the scenes in Kylo’s shuttle on Crait. (Yes, it’s confirmed the Knights of Ren will appear in IX)
People were disappointed that the Knights of Ren didn’t appear in the film, and director Rian Johnson couldn’t fit them into the film. So, has anyone tried putting them in the background in TLJ?

Here is some information about this edit:My opinion on some scenes of the film as well as the structure of the script pushed me to try to cut and arrange the functioning and evolution of the characters such as Kylo Ren’s failure or Rey’s quest to find Luke, staying in the continuity of TFA.
For the introduction of my version, I wanted to try something new with the Battlefront II video game universe, especially with the Unknown Regions, and I wanted to insert Snoke’s Supremacy earlier in the film in order to avoid the “joke” of the enemy ship getting bigger and bigger… after all the editing done by this beautiful fan community, we had to try something new without altering the plot. The following excerpts (which I will update) will be used to show you the direction I am taking on my own vision of the film.

When will you release it in English?
I have a 7 year old son who desperately wants to watch The Force Awakens. Being the responsible parent that I am, I’m not entirely comfortable with him watching an M-rated movie (Australia’s equivalent to 12 or PG-13).
I’m planning on creating an edit that would allow TFA to pass as a PG movie. Anyone got any thoughts on what would need to be cut to achieve this?
