DVD Burning Software
Time
Apologies if this belongs in another thread, but....
What software does everyone use for burning DVDs? Specifically, I have downloaded the OT Anamorphic DVDr version from Bittorrent, so I would like a program that you can just select the VIDEO_TS.ifo file and burn the DVD. I was using the trial version of a program called Copy2DVD that worked exactly like that, super-easy, but my trial time has expired, and I don't really want to pony up $40 for a program I might not use again (all I have left to burn is the Supplemental disk). I have Easy CD/DVD creator, but couldn't find a way to burn a video DVD from a .ifo file. Any suggestions?

Flash? Fluke? Are you talking to me?

Well, I never tried it, but I did set up private after-hours screenings for myself and a few select friends on occasion. Occasions like the night before Ep. 2 opened, etc.

I'm not just saying it to be coy, I really never tried making a copy of anything. Too afraid of federal prison and such. I suppose if one was so motivated, though, it wouldn't be too hard, since all managers and projectionists had keys to the building and booth, and you could probably set up a tripod in the auditorium for the camera and an audio line to the audio rack in the booth. I know there are problems with using a standard camcorder for recording movies due to the different frame rates, but I never looked into it.

Star Wars DVD Covers
Time
My covers feature the backsides of Dean's covers, and the spines of covers fit to look like the prequels.
For the front I use the SE posters. But ONLY because the posters look better. There's no mention of 'special edition' on them, so it's ok.

I was talking about those covers, but after re-reading your post, I realise that when you said "I can post them here if anyone is interested in them" you were referring to the inserts, not the covers. My bad.

Star Wars DVD Covers

Luke Skywalker-
Thanks. I found the same set online and downloaded them just as you posted your reply.

Next question-does anyone have a set of "inksaver" covers? In other words, something made on a white background instead of black? I found this VCD cover on one of the other covers sites which is kind of nice looking. Anything similar in DVD size for the OT?

Thanks.
