There are two main types of posters who frequent the TFN forums = fundamentalist Lucas worshippers who aren't really fans of Star Wars itself and fans who are largely indifferent to the OOT/SE debate. Due to this, it's pretty fruitless bothering to post of their forums; there's just no fun trying to have a discussion with people who don't care about your opinions or are completely hostile to them.
Of course, there is a small minority of posters there who are anti-PT/pro-OOT, but they are far too few in number to make any real impact on the overall ideological slant of the forums.

I think it'd be fairly easy to rewrite the PT to be more TCW-friendly. All one would have to do is drop the worst stuff that isn't directly referenced in TCW and replace it with more OT-compatible elements. A number of stupid PT elements would still remain -- Darths, younglings, Gungans, Chosen One prophecy, etc. -- but they're be framed in a more palatable storyline.
^That's part of the reason why I dislike the Rule of Two and -- by extension -- the modern incarnation of the Sith. The premise that they're so emotionally unstable and PURE EVUL that they'd wipe themselves out through infighting if there were more than two of them at a time is completely ludicrous.
I could easily live with the PT being canon as long as every era outside of it pretends it doesn't exist. Hopefully that'll be the case in the near future.
I read that the dinner scene in TOD was supposed to indicate that the people living in Pankot palace were heretics -- mainstream Hindus wouldn't eat monkeys, for instance -- and there was a scene filmed where Jones addressed this, but for some unwise reason the scene was cut from the final film.

I'd suggest programming some ultra-advanced software that'll automatically detect and merge similar threads together, but I fear such software would eventually evolve sentience and ultimately escape to wreck havoc across the plain of cyberspace.
I like that nobody actually draws attention to the different lightsaber colours between the "good" guys and bad guys. I'd facepalm myself to death if someone said something like "Dooku has a red lightsaber! That means he's a Sith!"
^Frankly, unless it exists physically, I feel I don't really own it. I got a bunch of CBR files burned to CDs, but I still want those same comics in a more permanent, tangible form I can hold in my hands and place on a shelf.
EXT. OPHUCHI -- PRISON -- LANDING PLATFORM -- DAY
On a duracrete platform stationed beyond the Ophuchi prison, under a stormy gray sky which matches his disposition, Gog Jukassa stands, his arms and legs shackled, surrounded by six armed prison guards. His black military uniform having been traded in for a set of unflattering plaid prison coveralls, he no longer carries the same imperious bearing he once had. Before the deposed despot stands the WARDEN, a malicious grin plastered across his skeletal face.
WARDEN: (to Jukassa) There's a nice, clean breeze blowing, isn't there, Lord-Commandant? (beat) Breathe it in, Lord-Commandant, get a good whiff of that fresh, crisp air while you can, 'cause where you're going, you won't get much of that.
GOG JUKASSA: Only a year ago, warden, you had me over for dinner with the rest of your family. I don't remember you being so flippant with your tongue then.
WARDEN: I had to coddle your over-inflated ego while under your "guiding hand", Lord-Commandant. Now, with your regime pulled out from under you, I no longer have to kiss your high-bred hindquarters.
From out of the cloudy sky a large shuttle descends over the landing platform. Coming to rest before the amassed group, the craft's ramp opens and lowers, allowing FOUR ARMED GUARDS to climb out.
WARDEN: Goodbye, Lord-Commandant. You'll think of me when you bend over to pick up the soap, won't you? (to the four new arrivals) Take him away.
Moving forward, the four guards motion with their weapons for Jukassa to step forward toward the shuttle. His expression grim, the ex-dictator complies; with the four guards flanking him, he enters the shuttle.
Once Jukassa is aboard, the ramp draws back up into the shuttle and the shuttle then proceeds to take off, returning to the sky on a course for open space.
INT. SHUTTLE/LOADING COMPARTMENT -- DAY
Gog Jukassa stands facing the four guards, his eyes unblinking. The visors of their helmets pulled down over their eyes, the expressions of the guards are impossible to read.
GOG JUKASSA: (brings his restrained hands forward) Well, aren't you going to get me out of these?
GUARD #1: At once, Lord-Commandant. (turns to the guard to his right) Unfasten his restraints.
Nodding once, the guard steps forward toward the lord-commandant. Taking a key, the guard unlocks Jukassa's chains.
GOG JUKASSA: (rubbing his wrists) That's much better. (beat) We're going to Nar Shaddaa, correct?
GUARD #1: Yes, milord. The Imperials will be unable to persecute you in the heart of Hutt space -- they have no jurisdiction there.
GOG JUKASSA: (sighs) The lord-commandant of Ophuchi reduced to seeking sanctuary on a polluted cesspool like Nar Shaddaa. It's criminal.
GUARD #1: It's only temporary, milord. In time Ophuchi will be yours once again.
GOG JUKASSA: As much as I would like that to be true, I must face reality. My reign on this world is over -- completely and finally over. (beat) But I can still have my vengeance -- my complete and final vengeance.
EXT. SPACE -- OPHUCHI
Moving out of Ophuchi's gravity well, the shuttle crewed by Jukassa and his loyalists makes the jump into hyperspace.
As long as TCW is considered canon, I don't see the PT being rebooted. Decanonized or rendered quasi-canon, yes, but completely tossed out and replaced? I can't see it happening.

Boris Vallejo's paint work is fantastic and much more fantasy styled than than most posters but the Duel-Lightsaber-wielding Vader looks hilarious to me. Almost like he could be shouting "Yeaaarrggh f**k the Rebels!"
I think it's the small size of the sabers that makes the image look silly. If they were closer in size to the film sabers then it would look much better.
Oh, and Vader's oversized arms/hands probably don't help any, either.

The city-ship from the movie Dark City stumbled into a battle between two advanced alien races who utilized wormhole technology as weapons and ended up getting sucked into a wormhole which carried the inhabitants thousands of years into the past of another galaxy.

Before watching Gargoyles, I didn't think Marina Sirtis was capable of playing a compelling character or giving a stellar performance. I certainly was proved wrong (and I couldn't be happier that I was).

I think TOD is more ethnocentric than actually racist.
While I'm not going to say Highlander 2 is underrated (either version), I will say Michael Ironside's performance is.
