Last few years, I’ve had a Canon MG5350 with a built in disc printer and the quality overall from what I’ve seen is pretty top notch. I’ve compared it with a legit disc scanned (at 600dpi) and printed onto a printable and there is a slight detail loss, but nothing too major. Was better than I was expecting when I first got it.
So you shouldn’t have to worry about going for something like a multifunction printer as far as quality goes. Not sure what the price range is nowadays though.

I’m seeing the 3D version as well, only for the sake of seeing it theatrically, but I will be checking out the 2D version sometime later. Still sucks that there’s only one IMAX theatre in NZ and it’s not in my area. 😦

Wait, did you mean the edited TV number or original number? I was thinking of the edited number and I just checked 99. Not on the Madman volume, sorry.
I did have a TV3 recording of that episode as well with the missing narration, though the qualitys likely not as good.
