A lot of Star Wars fan nowadays grew up on the Prequels. I’m not surprised. That said, they haven’t brought up any of the OT people we know will appear.

The only OT actor out now, is Warwick Davis.

and Ian, he was the Emperor in Return of the Jedi

Yeah, I quickly fixed my serious error.

Lol I saw after I posted myself

Harmy's STAR WARS Despecialized Edition HD - V2.7 - MKV (Released)
Time

Hey Harmy, just wanted to say thank you for everything you have done. It has been so amazing watching these films the way they were intended, to the best of your abilities, to be watched. My kids are loving them, and for me it’s just such a revelation seeing these films the way I remember them. I had old VHS recordings from the Sci-Fi channel from the early 90’s that were the unaltered films, so seeing these even in 720p is awesome. Can’t wait to see what more you have in store, and how great the 1080p versions are gonna. Again, thank you so much.

Star Wars Despecialized Editions - Custom Bluray Set (Released)
Time

After seeing the problems you guys have had with the MySpleen requests, it almost felt like I was doing something I shouldn’t have by requesting an invite. Even still, I hope someone gives me a shot at helping seeding. Having these amazing Despecialized versions on Blu Ray is worth waiting. It really is a chore watching the Special Editions, what with all their faults and changes from George’s original work, which are much much better films.

Which version/release of the Star Wars movies do you watch and why?
Time

Hello everyone, new user here. I just have to say that watching the Despecialized versions really is something special. I actually tried watching ANH from the recent offical blu ray set last night for a family movie, idk it just feels so off. Especially since the Despecialized have been my go to versions for the past 2 years almost. The Special Editions, to me, are an interesting bonus feature, but the original films are what makes Star Wars so special to me. In my opinion, it just seems like the things that George Lucas cared so much about changing were so unimportant, like all the extra CG scenes. I would have much preffered restoring the Luke/Biggs scenes on Tatooine over any of the CG stuff (that includes the Jabba scene, man does that scene just look terrible in 2017). That’s my 2 cents lol, looking forward to more conversations everyone.
