I was going to use ImgBurn to create an ISO to burn, but I noticed Empire (and RotJ) only have BDMV directory, no CERTIFICATE folder like in the SW ISO. Will there be issues playing them on blu-ray players without it?

Should I just create the folder, with subfolder BACKUP?

Empire and ROTJ are AVCHDs.  Strict AVCHDs don't need a CERTIFICATE folder.  Only blu rays need a CERTIFICATE folder.

So for Empire and RotJ I should just direct ImgBurn to the BDMV directory, create the ISO and then burn that to DVD9? If the CERTIFICATE folder is unnecessary, then why was it included in the Star Wars ISO?

Will George Lucus keep editing the movies?
Time

For every re-release I expect George, and his merry band of yes men, to add/remove more and more parts of the films. I would literally pay double the asking price of the "Special Edition" blu-rays for the original theatrical cuts. But sadly I'll have to make do with the atrocious quality non-anamorphic DVDs.
