I am wondering Peter Jackson has a Trilogy Tuesday for Lord of the Rings " I was so much fun

" Will something like this be done for Star Wars. We had all these Die hard Fans from out of town and even state for Lord of the Rings, books and movie fans and just those you where into the movies and people dressed up ect. I think that would really be neat for Star Wars. Eiter with 1,2,3, or with all 6 of them in one day.

Star Wars movies are shorter then Lord of the Rings, plus the first 2 Lord of the Rings where the Special edition so the time you add up all the time for the Lord of the Rings movies that day, it would take up close to 5 Star Wars Episodes. You would need to fit in one more Episode and 3 more intermissions. I think it could be done, but not sure if it will be. I would be happy with just a Single Trilogy day before Episode 3 is released to the General Public, but 6 in one day would be awesome.

Curious if others here would think this a good idea. Also if anyone here thinks something like this will happen. I am sure 4,5,6 would not be the 1977-83 version

, nor even the 1997 ones but the 2004 Dvd's , but hey it would still be cool. If they started the first film at noon ( 12:00 P.M. ) and had a 20 min intermission it probley would not get over till like 3 in the morning or so, maybe longer depending on how long episode 3 is. But I am sure die hard fans would go. We get out from Lord of the Rings Trilogy day at like 2 in the morning so whats an extra hour or so. Plus they could always start before 12:00 P.M. > I am sure it would sell out quick just like Lord of the Rings did. Anyways I hope something like this happens that would be so Awesome

Thanks I was thinking it might be something about him being a sleep for so long or whatever but I wanted to hear others opinion first and I was not quite sure. I am wondering if Lando where there so long and even though he was dressed up how did Boba Fett not notice him and great a Bounty Hunter as he was and had all that time ? Surely Lando's voice must have seemed familar ? Maybe Luke was just so good at planning things by this time that he somehow knew how to tell Lando how to not get caught

, plus the force must have been with them

When I was a child I thought that Star Wars picked up right where the other one left off. Like Lord of the Rings both books and movies do

Even if that where the case they would have to get there to save Han in at least 2 days before he died of thirst. I don't know how they could get there so fast. When Leia set him free from the Carbinite Han was not begging for Water I always thought that was strange. Well later I found out it was like 3 years between Empire and Jedi. How could Han Solo go that long without Water ?!! He could not even go that long without Food. ! Well I am sure there has to be a reason

For the Vhs versions that came out in the year 2000 the White Box and the Black Box. Which one is Fullscreen and which one is Widescreen or can they both be Full and Widescreen ? I am a little confused because on some online ordering companies some place have picture of the white one being both and the dark one being both. I am not sure if this was a mistake by the online ordering place or what ?

I am not sure why some people don't like Return of the Jedi. That is my favorite one, the old Return of the Jedi. It could be because that was the first one I saw and I saw it like 11 or so times in the Theator when I was 6 years old and new it kinda well for a 6 year old before I saw Empire and a New Hope. Could be I just like it the best. Or both or whatever. But it is my favorite. I like it better with the old song in Jabba's place and the old Ewok song at the end. But maybe it's just because I am used to that version

O I am for sure going to get the Dvd's of old Star Wars. But also going to get at least one more copy of them on tape so I will have 2 on tape maybe even more who knows ? I am thinking about getting maybe another set of the Star was on Dvd also so I have 2 but first I will start with one. Will it be easy for me to make a backup copy on a Computer with a Dvd/Cd-Reader/Writer ? Since you have to order these on Ebay or whatever and they may not be easy to get in the future I was thinking about making some backup copies for just me to use in case something happens to the orignal. Or just using the backup period. I heard something about new Computer's with Dvd Burners looking for a Water Mark so you can't copy but that would not included these Dvd's would it ? I guess that would include Dvd from the Factory that where officially released.

Hi I just joined this site. I allready have the first Star Wars Trilogy version on tape, its the last one they did on tape in Thk sound, but I will be looking for other used copies since they don't make these anymore. Are there any versions on these in Widescreen on tape that where ever made ? Does anyone know ? Also yes I am looking for the Dvd's version of these as well I almost one a bid on ebay for these Dvd's but I will try again.

I know that you don't really see the Emperor that much until Jedi. Only for one Scene do you see him in Empire and not at all in a New Hope. But still he is the Supreme Ruler of the Empire and the Dark Side not Darth Vadar. In Return of the Jedi by itself I would say for sure the Emperor would be the main Villian not Darth Vadar. But I guess as a whole Trilogy most people look at Darth Vadar as the main Villian since the Emporer is not in it much as a whole Trilogy. So That is why I just mean in a way do you think the Emperor is the main Villian of the Star Wars Trilogy ? I guess in another way the main Villian would not be Darth Vadar or even the Emperor but the Dark Side. Anyways curious as to what others think ?

O by the way I am new and just joined today because I was looking for the old Star Wars Trilogy without the extra Scenes on Dvd. I might have signed this Petition a couple months ago can't remember if it's the same one or not but I will look into it right now.
