TRON: Modern FX Update (* unfinished project *)
Time

Hey gang, thanks for all the input. Sorry I've been absent as of late, had another project I needed to finish up before I could start work on this. Seems like a lot of great input and the census seems to be to do the lightcycle scene? That probably would make the most sense, so I'll see what I can do.

It's too bad there isn't an HD version of the film floating around that I could use as a basis for this project. I want to make sure that if I'm doing it (even if it's just a scene) that it's at least the best quality.

If anyone has any more ideas, please feel free to keep this thread alive. It's all appreciated.

TRON: Modern FX Update (* unfinished project *)
Time

I've decided what I'm going to do about this. Instead of taking on the whole film and possibly have it fail horribly, I'm going to pick out one scene from the film and attempt to redo just that scene's footage. This will prove whether or not the idea will even be practical to do.

Are there any requests for a particular scene to be completely redone?

TRON: Modern FX Update (* unfinished project *)
Time

After seeing the “trailer” released last year for TRON LEGACY, I rewatched TRON and realized how the two films are going to appear completely different from one another when it comes to FX. I’ve always been a fan of the modern tweaks to both E.T. and THX-1138 (and of course ADYWANS STAR WARS edits) and it got me wondering if something similar could be (or perhaps has been) done to TRON.

So basically, has anyone seen anything or would be interested in helping out with updating the film? I dont mean to change any of the timing in the films, so the length of a shot in the original will maintain the same length in the update, just with better graphics/animation.

So yes, anyone be interested in helping out with this project?

STAR WARS: EP IV 2004 REVISITED ADYWAN *1080p HD VERSION NOW IN PRODUCTION
Time
I'm a little late with all this, but I just wanted to say that when this edit of the film is awesome and perfect in every way.

I scanned through a decent amount of the pages, but I was wondering how one would go about getting the dvd version of this? I know the edit I have was downloaded a few months back and doesn't include some of the post tweaks (like the arm in the cantina).

Can someone help me out with this please?
