My guesses the audio options will be the new multichannel remix in 5.1 surround sound, the 1955 magnetic stereo mix in 4.0 Dolby Surround and the original mono mix in Dolby Digital lossless 1.0
I’m based in the UK🇬🇧 and i have my PAL VHS of Fantasia which has the 1990 Dolby Stereo remix.

“There are two Finnish dubs. The first from 1990 and the redub from 1998. The original dub was released on VHS in the early 90s and due to the overwhelming demand the dub has with Finnish viewers, getting a physical copy is near impossible unless you know where to look. The original dub is extremely rare for that reason. The redub has received multiple complaints regarding its casting choices and changed dialogue. The redub has been released to VHS in 1998 and is the dub that is widely available on DVD/Blu-Ray and online.”
