1. More At-ATs Snow speeders in background of battle. Perhaps another snowspeeder can do the leg thing after Luke's success in the background? Perhaps add some probe droids, speder bikes and AT-STs. Strafing runs of retreating rebels at end of battleby tie-fighters isn't out of the realm of possibility.

I like this one. After playing Rebel Strike, the movie version kinda lacked in excitement

2. More tiefighters in asteroid chase? Plenty of rocks for them to run into.

3. Perhaps the Falcon could fire at these ties. Those turrets can be controlled from the cockpit, just not as well as having someone actually in the turret. Besides we don't see the Falcon fire those things at all in Empire.

I think our heroes our too worried about maneuvering asteroids, but I see where you're coming from with the Falcon firing no lasers in this episode.

4. Maybe a couple more ships protecting the transports departure? Maybe some ties could race out to great them and be destroyed in a brief exchange of fire as the transport gets past the Star Destroyer?

That would just negate what princess Liea said "Only two fighter escorts per ship". Or maybe Ady can dub Liea's lines?

5. All new shots in the Asteroid chase? Dont know how hard rocks are to do in 3d software. However Id want the musical cues in this scene retained which means you'd have to delete stuff to insert new...nevermind.

That would be cool, or you can use the asteroids from Attack of the Clones.

6. Perhaps a MUCH LARGER fleet could arrive at Hoth and have the planet surrounded, this would explain why the transports go straight at a Star Destroyer instead of taking another direction.

7. Do something to address the fact that Luke gets off the planet without seeing a single Imperial ship, let alone engaging one.

I never really thought about that. It would be cool to see Luke sneak past a SD.
I really like Axia's list. One thing I always had a problem with was the SD's engines were white, when they should be blue. I don't know if it was in every shot, but it's inconsistant.
